well i never said that Goa shouldn't embrace new music technologies...so... if you are having a bad feeling about Goa because it sounds "old" then start using "new" technologies for producing it... 
Of course i love every psytrance style, but Goa oldskool is like a holy ancestor of all modern psymusic... it's a shame to see people say "let it R.I.P."

i dont see the reason for goa trance to rise again,i dont think that they can produce something new something that we havent heard...........the time is going on and on the music also...we dont have to recycle something from the past....for me offcourse.. |

part of the reason old goa is dead is simply because of better software, equipment, and better production standards...
however i came accross this one album (done by 2 artists) releasing now... that is totally the old goa style.... was almost funny to listen to...
the album is :
Goasis v/s Omegahertz : Purple Energy 2
label : Unicorn Music.
do i think this style will rise again.. No.

I gotta say that this week I listened to some of my old Astral Projection CDs and couldn't help thinking:
"why is today's psytrance so numb and dull?"
It reminded me why I like trance so much.
We don't need to go back to the goa era, but to be inspired from it for sure! |

first of all i would like to say that Goa isnt dead and never was , it was only asleep.
now , me and my friends have a netlabel which is only for the goatrance music. and im the founder.
we are releasing a goatrance compilation for free soon , and i will let u people to see what im talking about.
Artists which produce the old skool sound are more than welcome in my label.
