I am identifying a playlist of a mix for a friend and i have never heard one of these tracks.

i have flicked through some of my old records, for the last hour. i know i have this track, i have heard it a gazillion times. and now it freaks me out i cant remember what it is. anyway, could be an older tip release. i would even go as far as saying that it maybe could be a eye q release. i will investigate further. but someone will pretty much recognize the sample before i find it, since i have about 2000+ records and cds to choose from 
also you could try to get it id'ed on psynews.org
-there are more ol'school folks there
