Guy...
you say you have the trance spirit... trance spirit and trance parties are about dancing to the music as you see fit, wearing what you want to wear and acting how you want to act. i never understood why people don't like arsim ("shimonim") at parties. in my opinion, and i am not one of them, they are the ones embracing the spirit, they go to enjoy themselves, they don't care how you are dancing next to them and they don't let you ruin their vibe.
when i see "old" people at a party i give them a thumbs up and if they look at me thinking i'm weird i smile and go back into my little world with the music. that is what a trance/nature party is all about! |

If there is something which makes me smile, it is seeing an 'older' persons in a party (I put this word on quotation marks, since i mostly don't provide significance to person's age) ,As long he is havnig a good time without harm someone else.
Actually, i adore this category of people. C'mon, give some credit and let it go.
Remember, one day urself will be considered as an older, and might be included in that category  Personalley, i think i'm gonna visit parties until my last station. i will feel much better if i will be welcome and desirable
at that time as well. Moreover, like it was said , i'm of the opinion that you might find a few common subject - talks with some of them.

at an underground loft parties in NY there was a 77 yr old woman who i swear to god outdanced everyone. she raged it for 12 hours solid. she was a miracle to watch.

I have no problem with old / young ppl as long as they come with positive energies.
Actually, I enjoy seeing "middle-aged" freaks;
lifts the spirits.

Hello ppl.....after reading this post i must say it's one of those cases that i could start saying :
'' With all respect i disagree....blahh ..blahh blahh........'' BUT NO , NO and NO :
MR. GUY COHen.....I dont know who u are, what u do and all the rest , but in my humble opinion i think you still didn't find the FX that the TRANCE/GOA spirit causes into your Brain, Mind, Soul and HEART. Man this is very sad and i dont like to see it and be here writing it NOW...BUT AFTER HEARING THIS I HAD TOO CAUSE THis IS WHAT I FEEL I SHOULD DO.
Maybe u were in one of those bad days WHEN u posted this...with very bad Thoughts....AT THE WRONG PLACE IN THE WRONG TIme...maybe it's it.....and WE FORGIVE YOU, OR MAYBE U WATCHING TOO MUCH TELEVISION , OR MAYBE YOU ARE JUST A G. BUSH FAN...who KNows....

Trance music is all about the connection with all ppl and thats why u should't care if u see some old ppl in partys , its all about the dancing and the good energy and vibes....
so when im at a party i mostly enjoy evry1....
personally i prefer a 40+ man over a 19 years old ars maafan she kofez kolo lavan exta.....
ma lo ... . ?

Well in Denmark the "problem" is actually non existent, you will almost never see people over 40 at a party, and even people over 30 is not that common. I understand what you mean Guy, especially if your a little doped up, it's not that relaxing or amusing to have elderly people watching you, and so forth, but it can not be a huge problem for you, come on, their are bigger problems in the world.

i ttly agree with u psygirl... in goa over new yr's u c innumerable middle-aged freaks dancing their assoff its not funny.. guy i really think it was not done on ur part to bring out a thread like this (unless ofcouse if i dint understand ur "ars" theory).. its quite a site to c a 40yr ol doing some weirdass moves with killa +ve energy... |

I dont see how you can manage to save it mate... it's very obvious from your first post that it had nothing to do with negative energies and everything to do with that you dont like that there are "old" people dancing next to you.... do I need to remind you of what you wrote?
I could easily say why do I have to dance next to a spoiled brat? But I wont do that out of respect to all the nice, good spirited and intelligent 19+ year old's out there.
