the hunter thompson you're talking about is the guy that appears by 00:30 - 00:35? yeah, it kinda looks like him, but if it was him and if this party is from around 1998 or somenthing, Hunter had 60 years old and i don't think that guy looks that old
but it sure looks like him in the good old times... Rest his soul.. 
This Live act is amazing, probably 60 or 70 persons in that party.. the real thing! Like Hunter wrote: "the kind of peak that never comes again".
