OK to upload other peoples published reason files?

I came across a bunch of psychedelic reason song files. The website is long gone and I have no way of asking the artists, so can I upload these for people to learn from?

Usually the artists either put their names on the rps file or in the song information within Reason! A good place to locate some of them would be www.reasonstation.net or the propellerheads forum! Been using Reason since version 1.0!
