one of my speakers said that he had enough of screaming low tones (150Hz and below). that sucks....now i hear most of the bass only in the left side.....

isn't it a sound card problem? because i had the same problem!
normaly you must have two mods in your sound card: "multimedia" and "home studio", try home studio and change the frequence, the problem will finish (i hope!)

no man, its not in the sound card, the problem with the speakers...
when i use my MD headphones its all fine, same when i record to MD

borrow some one else's speakers and see if its in the SC or speakers.           REHAB is for quitters

well it is certainly the speakers, if those headphones have freq response lower than 150Hz!

I'd probably go out and buy some new (or second hand speakers)..... bad news:(

But take it as an opportunity: get better monitors than before!
