I have some experience with ogg.. wasn't too good. At lower bitrate mp3 does it much better than ogg. Not sure about high bit rates though.

haven t tried it by myself ( ogg itself and the player neither ), ...was written in the newspaper...
but in case of the fact that ogg is relatively young and there is already a manufacturer which do some hardware....promising future for it.
and to be honest...mp3 is really old...it became time to develop/establish something up to date...
