i think you could mix this one better, ideas are nice...
the leads sits a little too much on top in my opinion, and sound like they go too deep and interfering with the bass region too much in the parts were you play with the cutoff
do you have a compressor on the master out? it sounds like due to some sounds that the compressor is squeezing the mix in strange ways.. making strange volume differences... or its all planned by you  i dunno...
anyway i like the driving leads, but i think if you mix for better balance it would have stronger impact, give the bass a little more thumph(maybe a new timbre) but in that case compromise on the leads...
