After all sorry by the off topic question.
I all,
3 years ago i have bought 2 mackie hr 824 mk2 studio monitors, but one of them was sended 5 times to the mackie assistence, always with the same problem. So i'm start thinking that the problem will never be resolve. So, what is the better option to do in cases like that. I'm thinking ask to mackie to change my monitor with new one. Can i do that??? What is the better option, talk directly with mackie, or talk with a lawyer... i'm really lost where..
Has anyone had a problem with some equipment that had to get to this point?
