This is not trance for the faint of heart. He aims to put the Psy back in trance, and in his sets the dancer can hear a wide range of sounds, cultivating an atmosphere that conjures up vivid dreamscapes and imagery in the imagination of the listener. Funky, seductive beats and haunting atmospherics are what he strives for. Drawing on a diverse musical background, he can play to any atmosphere but more than anything is inspired the Twilight, that magical time in between night and day.

This is very f*cking close to my own guiding principle all along: To make Electronica Trance music that metal heads can bang their head (and even jump up & down to)
_ There is seemingly no more rocking and ethereal experience beside good Full-On and Dark Psytrance... Drum'N'Bass, Happy Hardcore are quick fun, but still seemingly are locked into their own stipulations too much to properly adapt and absorb the vibe of Massive Attack or Deftones... _ Tim Wright is known as Get Silly (aka DJ Skrewd). He was born and raised in southern california and currently resides in the Los Angeles area.
_ Tim has been a musician for most of his life, he started playing the guitar and drums at an early age and has had a love for all kinds of music ever since.
_ His obsession with the e.d.m. scene started in the year 2002 when he attended the T.A.O. festival in downtown Los Angeles. He has been completely consumed by all types of electronic music ever since, especially house music which continues to be his specialty when it comes to mixing and producing.
_ A professional DJ and music producer since 2007, Get Silly has just been starting to make a name for himself this past year in 2009 on the LA scene and doesn't plan on slowing down any time soon.
_ When asked if he had anything that he would like to say to his fans, he simply said: "Party like you paid for it"

_ Weird things started after I got accidentally pulled into the early 90's ambient and acid house "rave" wave in San Fransisco and Los Angeles areas
_ Previous aliases have been: Gubment Cheese, Bong Song Productions, Bong Song Ali, and Dr Bombay _ Right now juggling a few projects... Mostly providing bass/synthesizer position with two indie/punk bands: National Treasure, and another project with Steve Sutton
_ I still dj once in awhile and prefer spinning Downtempo-Ambient music, but, still way into Acid, Techno and a little Electro
_ I also work in the plumbing arts ;-)
● Spirit's Fire will be back to Electro Concerto - Artful Hipsters, Sat Oct 16th. This event has now been made weekly & SFG will be a part - yeah!
