I can finally write after being speechless for so long. First time in Europe thus first European festival, I am overwhelmed. I am clueless about how large a festival "should" be, my largest before Ozora was 3,500. Thankfully we bought tickets ahead of time and went right to the front. The artwork, performances, the structures, soundsystem, assistance everything was so top notch! I met some nice people but a bit shy so I wish I could've met more. The magic garden is a nice touch and was good to escape and hear some acoustic music every now and then. I'm a day tripper so I enjoyed so many sets during the day. Thank you SOOO much Ozora. When I sleep I go back to the dance floor.
I feel every detail was well accounted for even the cleanliness of the festival which is also largely the responsibility of the festival goers too. I could always count on the fields and stuff clean after people trash it the night before. Why can't people just clean after themselves! It's not that hard regardless of what state your in! Makes a better festival to have clean places to walk, bathe and use the bathroom. We are supposed to be evolved and earth conscious, right?!
Latact. thanks for posting this vid. I was amazed by the chill stage and to learn they built this in a year, speechless.
Good show gents. Can't some next near but see you in 2013.

To me, this video is "the face of Ozora", best image, best sound, best 60k+ crowd. Best vibe.

My two cents about this festival...
Overall, surely a positive experience. Lot of good-hearted people, nice lineup and fair organization (despite some little issues I'll point out later). The place of course is magical, really an enchanted valley.
Ok, now some problems and suggestions, even if I can recognize that it is very difficult to arrange such an event, and the organizers overall did a fair job (considering the issues that something like a really big psychedelic party can bring).
I think that the showers were enough, I were in line for a maximium of 15 minutes, and I took shower often, even twice a day. Some toilets were cleaner than others, because of their position: then I reccomend to put more toilets in the crowded places (for example near the main stage). And definitely there is more need of water points: I know probably they are doing fews of them for selling more water bottles, but water is vital; at the main stage there should be the water guys ALL THE TIME (not only at certain parts of the day), or at least give us some more water points, for letting us drink or wet our heads without having to wait an hour in line or having to buy a bottle (more plastics, more petrol, more pollution, more dirt on the main stage...).
There should be a larger magic garden or more peaceful place like that, because chilling and relaxing is an important part of the overall vibe of OZORA festival.
Maybe this year there was too much people, and sadly too much chemicals also, with resulting of bad attitudes that quickly made disappear your smile. It is always sad to see wasted people, and this year there were a lot more. This is only my opinion by the way.
About the lineup... Overall a balanced and well organized timetable, with nice artists (few exceptions). My only real complain is about the artists in the afterparty (chill-out stage): for the exception of the darkpsy set by Insektor and PsyBaba crew (awesome), everything was uninspired and boring stuff that anyone could compose after two weeks of electronic music production (I'm referring in particular to Maitreya, NRG Cell, Seven11 and Chromatic). I know that maybe letting play bad music is a way to make people go home (or else they would stay there for another year ), but please select progressive/full-on artists for the afterparty more carefully.
The chill-out stage by the way looked a incomplete, and the sound was not good at all: incredible high volumes on some chillout artists (!!!) and very bad equalization resulted in tearing your ears, without being able to chill or listen at all.
Of course the next year they will need a bigger main stage, because even this year it was not enough large! My wishes are also for a third stage: a dark stage would be perfect, and also it would be a way for people to focus more on what they like the most (and surely it would stop the diatribe between who wants more dark or light music).
By the way, thank you for everyone who attended and also to the organizers. See you next year

regarding water points, it would be much less waiting if organizers make separate points for food shops. It was discouraging when you have a guy with 60 liters baloons in front of you...

Just fix the water PRESSURE! 1 minute for 1 liter is a disaster.

I loved the festival and it's vibe. Thank you . Lovely location, good music, good and reasonable prices for food and drinks. Well organised.
There was one thing that wasnt so nice in my experience and that was that on Thurday some people camped next to us with their caravan and laptops and electronic equipment and with a big generator and they put it near our tent and put on a big soundsystem for hours at a time.
Also they put on the generator on its own for hours. This sound of the generator is not very nice to listen too neither compared with the silence of nature/or music from radio and it sounds quite "loud" near a tent. They put on the generator for hours early in the morning for their microwave and laptop and showers (they were in a caravan). We asked politely if they could put the generator further away from us but they didnt want to and just didnt respond. I dont mind music coming from a small soundsystem (like from a car or something) but this one was huge. I know it said in the flyer that soundsystems were illegal but my experience is that nobody did something about it and when we tried to talk to security they didnt understand what we were trying to say :-(.
All in all it was good but im just trying to understand why people are bringing generators to a festival. It's not nice sleeping next to a generator.

James Monroe, leave your vinyls at home next time if you can't mix them properly
James Monro's set was one of the best daytime sets. Music was the key. That new progressive bull*%# daytime-trance is crap, regardless of mixing. That's not psychedelic at all, and it should be a psychedelic festival...
More daytime Goa-trance, please.

If someone is dancing couple of days and nights, he may start, at some point, to look like wasted In fact, I can't either smile continuously. I'm sorry if I wake up very, very tired and I'm not looking so good But I'll always try to get that smile on my face.

For "wasted", I mean people really out of control (hurting themselves), or people who obviously did not taking enough care about their life or life in general, or also people lying on the ground in a pool of puke.
Wasted does not mean "unhappy" or "not smiling".
