a bit more tech/progressive house artists such as Kasey Taylor, D-nox or Solead would be well welcome to rock the place. It's still a bit light for now with only slater and peter didjital. At least 2/3 hours per day in the afternoon of that style would be very nice to please everyone.
And of course Atmos is always awesome.
I might go there for the 1st time next year with a bunch of friends enjoying the deeper side of progressive. |

it is PSYCHEDELIC TRANCE festival ... no TECH /minml klik klak ...
Sorry, this 2011 Ozora will be my the 4th Ozora, and I wish more (like someone said) Goa and psy sounds ...
Oliver, last 2 years we could heard, so many klik klik tech sets, and also so many "boo" on that sounds ... that is not music for our festival ... or our main stage ... (just my opinion) ....
On that lawn, on those sunny days, all what we need is a melodic tune and sound for dance ...
Bubble, maybe, if you need something diffrent, you can organize RETRO OZORA ... all artists to play theirs retro sets (live) or theirs the best tracks thay have in past ... RETRO TRANCE FESTIVAL ....
This year, that GOA day (whole day) was something amazing...

I think that music played at Ozora festival contains just enough variety. Maybe the organizer should consider in making one more music stage, like "Groovy beach" at Boom festival or alternative stage that was at Samothraki 2002, but I guess they thought of that already.
Just respect and understanding, and keep the spirit...

i was at ozoraaaaaaa..  it was wonderful.. does anyone remember a guy who walked around the festival all the time with a big plate of brown cookies with coconut? what were those? I have the same question about that "chai" they were selling at the fest..
it wasn't until i came home that i started asking myself these questions.

RETRO OZORA ! yeahh !!! let`s do it  3 days of retro sets ! and we all see the open space on earth !!! yeahhh !!!
i think in such big event needs to be 3 stages PSY/TEK/CHILL
psy stage means night psy trance in night and goa music all day long (for true and old trance ppl)
tek stage means techno music in the night and groovy tunes all day long
and on chill stage all night is live preformances of bands and ambient all day long to rest you`r brain!
ppl what do you say about it ?

Year after year this festival make a huge impact on me, and every year I think oK now I will pause and go somewhere else,but somehow I always end up on magic playground of Ozora, and I have feeling that I will be there in 2011 as well.
So far bubble managed to please almost every artist that we asked for, and as some already said Ozora have perfect balance with music styles, there is something for everyone, but I agree with an idea of alternative stage. We got Magic Garden this year, maybe we can get Alternative Stage next year, because now almost every festival has one. That will bring trouble to me, because I enjoy in almost every style, except dark...
Ozora keep bringing best artists of best labels, so I never doubt in their line up choice, every year is very special, and I like that some names keep coming again and agin, and Ozora will not be the same without them. So here are some suggestions, according to the labels:
Alchemy: Flip Flop, Burn in Noise (one of the best live performance,it will be a shame not to book him again)
Iboga: Beat Bizarre, FREq, Quantize, Behind Blue Eyes
Nano: Avalon, Circuit Breakers, Dickster (this is a MUST!, more of him the better), Pogo
Neurobiotic: Panick, Zen Mechanics(dont know why we didnt get him this year again)
Twisted: Koxbox (we need this guy!)
these labels are always at Ozora, and innovations can be Vagalume records, IONO and Zenon(lots of them! )
I didnt mention artists that are always welcomed, and as I said Ozora is not the same without them: Allaby, Total Eclipse, Blue Planet Corporation, Tristan, Jaia, Silicon Sound, Logic Bomb, Man with no Name, laughing Buddha, Prometheus...
Beside all of them,of course some retro old school is always welcomed, and list for that can be very long...
ok, I probably didnt write everything that I can remember now, but I think this is more than enough,hehehe, maybe to much!

that is how we all would like it some story in it, this year although was great, but there were just names there, i mean good line up all in all but the time tables sometimes i was thinking omg wtf now...

I'll be there in 2011 again for sure!
Although the lineup was amazing there are some artists that I wish would come... because I've never seen them live:
Chi-A.D. - I have not only never seen him myself, but I have never seen him on any lineup ANYWHERE! He really deserves to be up on the mainstage though. Please bring this oldschool goa trance god next year.
Crop Circles - Yes with the OLD lineup (Not the new Pleiadians one, it sucks...) - I want the classic psychedelic melodic Crop Circles from the old days... yeah.
Art of Trance - I know some think they are a bit too much on the cheesy side, and I agree with that, but they do have some classic acid trance aswell that would do well for a midday set.
And these need to come back: Union Jack. Them being there this year was a surprise for me, but damn what awesome set they played. Old school ACID trance that you NEVER hear these days, so wonderful. Also Man With No Name, he almost disappeared this year, he wasn't on the lineup so I almost missed him. He was even more awesome in 2009 but still great.
Another suggestion: please don't have progressive music in the chillout, but more ambient instead. But as long as the bass is DEEP and vibrating I'm happy...
And one last thing: MORE HAY!!!

PPL ! i think we have enought time from now to make kind of group to force the thing of goa stage in the mornings )
and i really think what next year will be much more ppl...is no boom...so all the ppl will come to ozora...and it will be 30k ppl here...so i think 3 stages its really good thing !
i really love all kind of electronic music...but if we are talking about really psychedelic trance festival we need more goa goa goa and old vibes and music !!!
look at videos in youtube...green nunts of revolution...man with no name ! this is sound what i`m talking about...+filteria+goasia+mfg+astral projection+jakooha...and many moreee....ooooh sweet dreams...organisator what we need to do to bring this dreams come true ? ? ? just say what !!! |
