I totally agree with "forumuser"... especially regarding the guys having their own party inside the festival premises. It ruined a lot of people resting ambiance, in my case, i was camping next to pumpui cinema, which was very relaxing, but sometimes or should i say all the time, the "Ego-floors" overshadowed the pumpui atmosphere.
Please O.Z.O.R.A Crew. No more ego-floors on the camping site, they should be prohibited.

I completely agree. For me this was the only down side of the festival. I found what I thought to be a really nice camp site but then a big group of people set up a large rig right next to us and played 24hour dark psy for the entire festival! I never saw them leave their camp - they just sat in camp chairs snorting speed and drilling out the kindzadza. If you're spending a week at a festival it is important to have a proper resting space - I would be grateful if the organisers could designate quiet zones within the camping areas.
Anyways aside from this point everything was perfect - I really hope to be back again this year

Dear Everybody,
The Ozora crew's eyes and ears are wide open on the "private party" issue .It has been a problem for years and we were always hesitant to react to it cause we didn't want to look fascist and tell people to stop whatever is causing them a bit of happiness BUT it clearly has come to a point where we have to do something in order to maintain other's rights to peace and quiet at the campsite .
I think (unfortunately) we will set up a group of security who will deal with these issues .

I agree with the previous speakers. It was very hard to ignore "ego-floors" even though you attempted to, and ofcourse you do not want to spoil any other people´s fun. So I also understand Bubble´s point.
But fun should not be on expense of others. And if you are on a festival with a massive lineup and music that is for everyones taste one should be happy with this or otherwise go somewhere else or sit at home where you can choose your favourite tracks...
Glad to see the crew doing something about it. Its sad that it has to be done, but it makes me consider coming again this year even more.

Hi Bubble - thanks for the info on ticket sales! Just wondering whether there is any other place to purchase the first round tickets in Euro? The Access All Areas site sells them in British Pounds... Being from Australia, our dollar is better against the Euro rather than the Pound. Any other options?
Thanks also for being active in avoiding "ego-floors" (we call them renegade floors in Australia)... No way do I want my festival ruined by noisy neighbours! |

Yup, stop the ego-floors! Next to us were some spanish people blasting darkpsy 24/7 on a huuuuuuge system, and nothing we said to them made them even reconsider a little bit. They were sooo fucking rude.
So our camp and the neighbours we had all these discussions going on in which we all came up with creative ways to fuck up their sound system and finally put a stop to them, some really funny, some really brutal and some very serious. We had to actually stop one of our neighbours, he had already filled a bucket of water and was gonna throw it over their CD players and mixer. It was really, really close!
And btw, I have nothing against sound systems in cars that play a little music sometimes, but no ful--fledged dancefloors with DJ`s that go 24/7. Nice move Bubble to put a stop to that!

the massive response to that ego-floors problem mirrors how the reactions were at the festival itself. 98% of people didn't like the ego- floors.
It will be hard to stop people who already brought their soundsystems. Prevention would be the best way. Put it on flyer, here in the forum (first page) all other internet sources etc. otherwise those people will be very angry and wont understand. |

Exactly, this can be solved without one been rude to another.I'm very confident that the OZORA organizers will come with a solution which benefits both sides. But in my opinion common sense must prevail, the dance floors are for partying and the rest zones for resting. And please include in the line up Atma, Ovnimoon, Commercial Hippies, Headroom, Aphid Moon, Hydrophonic or at least just one of them  I know it might a little  but anyway I had to speakit out . Cheers to all ozorians.

You did not answer to mu question, about rest area at OZORA...
If i come this will be my third time, i like the party there, but if i dont it will only be couse of no rest area!!
Answer to my question please: Why there is no rest area at ozora, or proper chill stage? Not alternative, where everything is dirty in the morning, couse of the minimal playing at night?! |

last year we took a big walk around one night (Darkpsy was playing so we got bored^^), and we were really astonished about how many "EGO Floors" there were at the camping site...most of them playing darkpsy too.(Why when its all on the mainfloor??)
luckily we camped on the other side of the hill and most of our neighbours did not play loud music all the time.
Im really looking forward to this year and hopefully meeting some of you on the floor or elsewhere |

100 early bird tickets are at Psybaba Records Budapest !
100 early bird tickets are at Hadra/Eastern Europe !
Back to the chill out stage question :
We are always looking for variety and that means some form of alternative of the dark night sounds,but we are looking to maximize Ambient sounds at the chill area which means it will be just that ! Other sounds will be only when dark stuff is playing on the main stage so there is a bit of alternative for those who still want to dance a bit and is only a couple of hours . This of course doesn't mean pop or house !more updates on that issue soon as well .
i hope this helps and gives you a warm feeling about the chill out tent !
