Let me be the first one to write in this topic .
First off let me thank everybody who came to Ozora .With a lot of bias of course but i have to say you were the best crowd i have ever seen on an international psy festival . Danced like hell no matter if it was day or night,hot or cold,sunshine or rain .You rocked .
The artist noticed it as well and had nothing else to say but that it was a special year with special people.
Of course there were some mishaps that we are working really hard to solve but i think our strength is that we listen to your comments and try our best to solve what ever you are not satisfied with .
Once again thank you being part of 2009, and wait what we have been cooking up for you in 2010 .It will be truly shocking I can tell you that .It will be the best of what psy trance has to offer for a minimal price .(at least in comparison to others)

what a nice news, really happy because of announcement, and can't wait to see what are you "cooking up for us in 2010"...
We want some ZENON Rec. artists, they are perfect for this place, and nothing without NANO Rec. guys, festival without them is not a festival, bring them ALL!!!

I had a wonderful time this summer and will probably come next year as well!
The first thing that crosses my mind though, is that there is really a need to improve the bracelet handling organization.
I'm not blaming anyone there as i'm sure you didn't expect what happened this year, but waiting 3-4 (for some, more) hours during the night after a long day just to be able to enter the site, was a real pain.
:little story incoming:
I remember how, after waking up at 5am, taking 2 planes, waiting 2 hours to get the bus that would take me from the airport to ozora (it was 11pm by the time i got there.. while i arrived in Budapest at 4:30pm!), and feeling tired as hell, i realized the few hundreds of ppl waiting at ozora's entrance were actually ppl trying to get their bracelet.
So that's at 11pm, exhausted and hungry, that i arrived at Ozora and started to wait to trade in my pre-bought ticket. After a few minutes i realized there was only 1 queue, and that it was taking approximatively 1 to 2 minutes for 1 person to get in. Consider there was 200ish ppl constantly, and i'll let you do the maths.
I'll spare you how i waited about 3hrs with my stomach crying, my eyes closing off by themselves, and how i started laughing like a mad man when it started raining hard at the very moment i began to set up my tent (i was like.. well that's ok, now i know it can't get any worse hahaha!) - i think it was around 3am by then.
The thing is, i was wrong. By 5am a thunderstorm woke me up, and after a quick examination of my tent's interior, i wondered if it wasn't a dream when my senses told me it was all wet (no pun intended).
Anyway.. i disgress lol
The following week was amazing for sure and i was feeling happy all the time, but i'll keep a special souvenir of those 24 hours
Soooo.. i think that's one thing you guys will have to think about to avoid that kind of situations again, more queues and a fastest way to get the bracelet would be perfect imo.
Looking forward to 2010's line-up either way! hoping for some serious goa! |
