what's the best way to get to the location from Budapest airport?? |

Here's a map for the directions:
http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=en&msa=0&msid=111043388468540924444.00046eaa21c9121d4bb93&ll=47.467093,19.143333&spn=0.207489,0.41851&t=h&z=12
If you want to go with public transport to Déli pÁlyaudvar (train station):
From Ferihegy airport terminal I there is a bus with number 93. Take it all the way to Kőbánya-Kispest, the end station.
If you arrive to Ferihegy terminal II, take the bus 200E to its end station Kőbánya-Kispest.
At Kőbánya-Kispest you have to change to subway (number 3) and travel to Deák Ferenc tér, from there take subway number 2 till its end, Déli pályaudvar, the train station. The whole trip from the airport to the train station is about 60-70 minutes long.
At Deli Palyaudvar train station there are trains with one change (each day):
1. Budapest-Déli pu. -> Dunaújváros 04:58, Pusztaszabolcs 06:02 -> Pécs 06:05, Simontornya 06:47
2. Budapest-Déli pu. -> Dunaújváros 08:58, Dunaújváros 10:23 -> Simontornya 11:15, Simontornya 11:59
3. Budapest-Déli pu. -> Dunaújváros 10:58, Pusztaszabolcs 12:02 -> Pécs 12:05, Simontornya 12:46
4. Budapest-Déli pu. -> Dunaújváros 12:58, Pusztaszabolcs 14:02 -> Pécs 14:05, Simontornya 14:47
5. Budapest-Déli pu. -> Pusztaszabolcs 14:58, Pusztaszabolcs 16:02 -> Pécs 16:05, Simontornya 16:46
6. Budapest-Déli pu. -> Dunaújváros 16:58, Pusztaszabolcs 18:02 -> Pécs 18:05, Simontornya 18:46
7. Budapest-Déli pu. -> Dunaújváros 18:58, Pusztaszabolcs 20:02 -> Pécs 20:05, Simontornya 20:46
8. Budapest-Déli pu. -> Pusztaszabolcs 20:58, Pusztaszabolcs 01:04 -> Pécs 04:08, Simontornya 04:49
I don't recommend the 2nd and 8th options (too long).
Read it like this: Take train at Budapest-Déli pu. going towards end station Dunaújváros departing at 04:58, get off at Pusztaszabolcs at 06:02, change to train towards Pécs departing at 06:05, get off at Simontornya at 06:47
There are two trains without change (each day):
Budapest-Déli pu. -> Pécs 06:58, Simontornya 08:46
Budapest-Déli pu. -> Dombóvár 17:58, Simontornya 19:58
Read it like this: Take train at Budapest-Déli pu. going towards end station Pécs departing at 06:58, get off at Simontornya at 08:46
You can also use this page and print the results:
http://elvira.mav-start.hu/elvira.dll/xslms/index?language=2
(From Budapest to Simontornya)
From Simontornya there are partybuses going to the entrance of the festival.
See you there!
  That's it |

Maby this year something can be done to the horrible beertents? For me, the only thing thats really off with this wonderfull festival. Just put some lighting-deco or something on the white tentcloth to make them a little less harsh to enter.. it can feel really wierd to enter them while in.. hmmm... certain levels of consciousness,.. Think it would up the sales aswell |
