Sounds like a very impressive crowd, even if it had been in a big west coast city (which obviously Asheville ain't )! Did you get anyone from New England or from Florida? I heard that a lot of Florida ppl were interested in attending since Sadhus had to cancel their Miami NYE party.

if there were, then i didn't get a chance to meet them. it is a pretty long drive from florida to asheville (about 4 hours to a'ville from here in atlanta, and about 7-8 hours from atl to tampa/orlando, and then another 9-10 hours from tampa to miami!), so i doubt that anybody would have driven that far... and i am sure that if there was anybody looking for a trance party in new england, they would have just gone to one of the two events going on in nyc..
from what i could tell it was mostly locals there for this event, and i wouldn't be surprised if our group of four were the only out-of-towners there...

yup...i think Michael summed up everything I was gonna say. just one minor correction...tampa/orlando to miami is ~4 hours...which is still a long wayz off from asheville.
Just wanted to add that this was an awesome party...I had absolutely the most wonderful time!!! the people and the vibe was great...the only problem was that it was raining most of the way there which was a pain in the arse to drive in...other than that...i can't wait to go for the next event!
