28th day do it right once again! beautiful party, magical location, great people. the setup could not have been any more perfect. nice mix of music. even the chillout was amazing, not too slow. musicaly- i couldnt get enough , from layren to the end was just getting better and better. happy u guys invested in the dome its def a great addition as a decoration.

ps- im just upset it going back to the clubs for now. can you guys throw more parties at these locations. like the yoga studio last year and then this party. its just so chillllllllll.

anyways thank you so much. i was waiting a very long time for this party. and it did not dissapoint

thank you Theo, Lauren,Tony, Max and others that i did not meet who worked on setting up this beautiful atmosphere.

On behalf of the 28thday crew, I'd like to thank all the people who made our event last saturday possible: the volunteers who came out days before the show to help carry shit up to the roof, Mark, Pam, Bill, and Alan from Grandspace for being so easy to work with, Dana and Anna from Sonic Beating deco for their amazing dome assembly and decoration skillz, Ben Light-o-matic for the use of his sound, and finally Onnomon, Ocelot, Artifakt, Alien Ambassador, Freek Factory, and Dhruva for being so easy to work with and delivering the sound that made the party so enjoyable. We couldn't do it without you guys.

That truly was an awesome party, all around.

Thank you all who helped make this event as spectacular as it was.

I second the notion to keep using venues as beautiful and relaxed as these...it really helped ease the transition from the great outdoors for the last many months....

I had so much fun! Big props to the Sonic Beating Crew for all their helping with the event. Was great to see so many Bostonians invading NYC! Loved the space and deco so much and the Artifakt and Ocelot both played great sets! My one wish is that the sound was better.....

But whoever was playing Dubstep upstairs around 3AM..... you're awesome. Was so nice to come to the roof and hear some great bassy beats.

Thanks 28thday!

Dubstep on the roof @ 3am was either Dhruva or Freek Factory... the change over was right around that time. @artemis... what was your issue with the sound?

Again - What a great party. I have heard great things about ocelot live, but holy shit!!!

It really was a shame that he had to turn the sound so low so shortly into his set because the psychoacoustics was to perfection.

The roof was embellished in psychedelia with spectacular view of the city.

Thanks to the 28th day crew and all who contributed!

Wow! What a great highlight to my first trip ever to NYC. Got there in time to hear some of Onnomon's set. Great stuff, man. It was really great to meet you. Also really enjoyed Aritfakt's set, but I was concerned that if all you crazy trancers hit the floor on the same beat the entire building was going to collapse. Way to rock the house, everyone! The chill area up top was cool. Nice use of deco and visuals. Ocelot closed out the night with some great beats, but by that time my dogs were barking way too loud and I had to get off my feet. Thanks to everyone who put this together. I had a great time connecting with the East Coast psytrance family.

also, the free-flow and live guitar on the roof was very cool. Too bad the deco got in the way and you couldn't tell what was going on (from the "cuddle puddle" area, that is).          "Every generation needs a new revolution." ~Thomas Jefferson

Just a few words about the Organizers....
I had purchased three tickets via Paypal, but due to an unexpected illness was unable to go. I contacted the 28th day crew and asked what I should do with the tickets? sell on isratrance? sell to a friend and change the names? or how should I go about it??? expecting a "we cannot do anything" response and a possible "free" entrance to their next party....to my Surprise...they Refunded my full amount and wished me a speedy recovery!! WOW WOW, not at all what I expected! THANK YOU 28TH DAY! Your understanding is much appreciated, and I am feeling much better now! (very rare people hear things like this about organizers, but wanted you all to KNOW)
keep Dancing! and keep Organizing!!

This party was, as I expected, SOOO much fun. I was really happy to see so many new and old faces show up. It was the perfect opening to the indoor season. The roof was awesome and even the "dome" looked better the way it was. I was blown away by Artifakt...the set literally evolved from electro-like beats in the beginning and ended with sexy, driving dark beats in the end. I forgot about the trampoline floor, you could continue to dance even while standing still! lol! Ocelot rocked it well....even when the sound had to be turned down Freekfactory delivered a nice sensual performance. Blacklight's singing went nicely with Lauryn's fire-hooping.

Another great job guys...Even though the info said till 6 or later I was REALLY hoping for "later". Oh well. Looking forward for the next blow-out.

Now for some crappy pix:

A trance party on my birthday and I was stuck on a plane.

I didnt get to go at all and I still knew it was a good party. All the people who visited me the next morning brought the cheer with them. The good vibes were still lingering at Grand Space for the breakdown too.

Happy birthday to the other like 10 local trancers whos birthdays are this/last week, too....libras rule
