Well I am very happy not everyone has your opinion trick All I've been hearing was great words from everyone... It's sad that there are people as disrespectful and as obnoxiously ignorant as yourself in the psyscene. No one forces you to go anywhere.. thats the beauty of life in most the world.. you have freedom of decision.
Personally in my taste I like the style of music.. I didn't see most of xama's set due to being busy. But have seen him at home and think he is a very fine dj to say those disrespectful things and that he sucks to a dj with 10 years of international career? and to say portuguese psytrance sucks? ..
I like lab's music and liked his set alot.. as I did trymbakas and everyone else some more some less.. it's a matter of taste.. like some artists you mentioned.. I don't like there music.. cosmo.. stranger.. highko ect.. its a matter of taste. To me those are noise. Am I a disrespecting them? obviously not one person's noise can be another person's music...
please do yourself a favor and grow up.
Everyone else.. Thank you for the smiles and for pumping the dancefloor full of beautiful vibes, smiles and everything that makes our nyc family scene so unique and special I really truly had a blast !!! I hope this was as special to everyone as it was for me!!
Til Next time !

@ Noam, excellent excellent job! Straight down from the loc. to the timing! Totally was the best way of spending Halloween, couldn’t have imagined being anyyywhere else. Came in while Xama was playing, he really got me started. LAB and tryambaka was of course top knotch, and
@ MAX u really took the most energy outta me! u played awesomeeee n ur forever smiling face is always a pleasure !! All in all the music was very good!
Deco was as said b4, TOP KNOTCH ! This guy really knows what hes doing. I couldn’t help but stare and admire like I was in an art gallery. I hope everyone had an amazing time!!! Thanks thanks thanks a billion for this party! Love you all my stomping family
i shouldnt evn bother but I cant help but to comment on “trick’s” negativity this time. This is not the place for irrelevant rants of insulting artists, if u didn’t enjoy the party, thats fine, but having the audacity to talk like that is very unpleasant and rude and messes up the good vibes here on this forum.

i can only conclude that eveyone that enjoyed the music till 415 am does not know what pyschedelic trance music is or has never heard a proper dj/live set in there life and i feel very sorry for them!!!
Xama circus, Lab, Tryamabka all fucking suck!!!!!!!!! Someone commented on how the music was intelligent...There was no intellignce at all in this music...It was sooooooooooooo stupid!!!!! No intricate rythms are patterns just a cacophony of horrible uninteresting soundz
Absolute and utter garbage...Inner light is very right, no flow at all, stupidly fast music, no variety, just noize noize noize that makes absoultley no sense...
Apalling, Disgusting, Pathetic, Sad, I do not know the proper adjective to descibe HOW BAD the music truly was
Honesly I want my money back and an apology from the organizers for frying my brain on some crystal clear liquid and subjecting me to garbage...I feel disgraced for the Psy world

@psy_maniac
trick thought that the music sucked and he has absolutely every right to express this opinion. all of the other personal issues that were exchanged were sort of off topic but a very interesting read nonetheless. hehe. sounds like the party was fun. i hope that the next one is on a saturday night! by the way. is there another party being planned?

Kind of sad that we're all back to reality now ... we had lots lots of fun....Huge thank you and gratitude to everyone who helped make this event happen and shape it to be as special as it was...The performers who played just beautifully : Xama with the "Born in USA" attitude , Renato Lab, Tiago Tryambaka, and the Spectra brothers, in some way it was a dream come true to play alongside you guys ....I personally believe that Portugal contains some of the best talent out there ....Lukas, for the fluorescent paintings...you really made the place glow that day, beautiful art...and the biggest thank you goes to all the great people who made it that night, wouldn't be possible without your presence and beautiful smiles

hehe what a troll this trick tool is. There's an enormously huge difference between constructive criticism and being a schmuck!
Hey, how do you sign up for that International PsyTrance Standards Committee?
I mean.. somebody invests a lot of effort and genuine intentions into something to please the entire community, loses sleep, money, a month's time doing it and you just keep shitting all over the endeavor just because of an old egoistic grudge???!
You seem like a really tiny wee little person Trick.
I have never commented on any of these dramatic discussions on Isra, but i did see how much was done to make this party happen and it pisses me off that there's always a little piece of shit trying to stink up everybody else' experience..
"...Apalling, Disgusting, Pathetic, Sad, I do not know the proper adjective to descibe HOW BAD the music truly was ..."
-- hehehe dolboyob!
While you did have some amazing artists on your list, you really need to STFU about what kind of music is to be liked or not. and overall just STFU fanboy.
I really enjoyed the party. Thanks to everybody who showed up! The energy at that place could easily compensate for any flaws one could possibly nit pick out of the night.

listen douchebags
i am not shitting on all over the endeavors because of an old egoistic grudge
if you had read my post on the previous page i gave constructive criticism and someone even agreed with me so that even validates my opinion because other people felt the music was horrible as well!!! if i had not been attacked again by you immature human beings who cant handle any constructive critcism whatsoever i would not have had to post so many god damn times...people on the north america forum need to grow up and respect other opinions...i understand that people enjoyed the music i dont kno why they did but understand that some people hated the music....i saw people bumming and frying out and sitting down so not everyone is of the same opinion so grow up
i said everything was top notch
the deco
the location
the vibe
the rooftop
i even said the effort and dedication of the organizers could be scene in how the place was put 2gether
however again....the music was a complete and total disaster...the first three aritsts/djs....xama circus, lab, and tryambaka played garbage psy that again i am giving constructive crisitsm....bpms were way tooo fast, had no direction or flow, and sounded like noizeeee...again i will never go for a party where they are playing...if another person wishes to that is his or her choice
if you people continue to attack my critcism without letting it stand i will continue to write shit here and destroy this topic
i am alllowed to voice my opinion about the music and if you guys enjoyed it that is your opinion however the MUSIC, the main ingredient, at this party totalllllllly bummed me out
do you think if i heard a sick set and danced my ass off i would be complaining....sorry i am not that irrational a human being i have never met the orgs and have no hate towards them at alll
so everyeone here STFU and stop criticizing my opinion or i will continue to attack all you morons
my opinions stands the music and teh sound of this party sucked a fat one and i also gave comments on how to improve some other aspsects.
BOOM BOLE
OM SHANTI!!!

I loved the moments spent in NY, I loved the party, I loved being with the Portuguese, and simply loved making new friends and get home and see what it was worth going to the other side of society and be with Pusitive energy .I hope everything well for everyone from artists such as organization and to all who participated in the event, so many beautiful and so crazy. I have never played so early, but m not repent, so I could forward the party to right place she needed, power, energy, emotion and friendship.
I hope to see again all those who stayed in my mind.
Saudades .. XAMAAAA and pOWERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

'bpms too fast and no flow" is constructive criticism- your first post when all you used was appalling and disgusting, -pathetic- and sad.....no this is not constructive. i can't believe im posting a reply to this drama because i think trick loves the attention. about bpms too fast and no flow- im sorry but that is exactly jellyheadz music and a lil polyphonia- i've seen jelly -who has played in ny quite a few times in the past 3 years- clear the dance floor multiple times- talk about having no flow and too fast.
I think the sound system at the party didnt allow people in the back of the dancefloor to really get the full trip- because when i was infront of the dj booth i heard all the different layers- so this is also something to be considered.
opinions are opinions- but if you are that narrow with your style of music that you enjoy and critical enough to demand money back, you should have checked out the artists myspaces before coming to the party. now what is pathetic? the music or you?
now onkle dunkle- monno- hes my favorite producer right now so i agree with everything said about him- also- *hint hint* someone please bring him back to ny!!
anyway- thanks again and i cant wait for the next party- it was beautiful!!!! |

Trick, why wont you organize your own party? It will be real blast I can tell, seriously. It would probably make more effect then shitting on artists.

@lyric free
that was not my first post
that was my second post after being
critcized for my first post where i gave constructive critcism because i said the music was bad and then after being critcized for using my opinion i feel the need to lash back and use that type of language
and yes i did check out both xama circus myspace and lab myspace and have downloaded tracks by lab and on my first post i wrote that i was thoroughly confused that xamas set did not sound nething like his sets on trishula websites and labs live did not sound nething like the tracks i have downloaded on metaforces page so that is why i was asking for my money back it didnt make sense to me
again they were some aspects of this party that were amazing however musically i was not happy at all
my first post is on page 11 at the bottom
if you read that you wil see i did not use any abusive langauge and dissected teh whole party giving pros and cons about all aspects of the party including the music, artists, deco, space, etc
and im glad we both have the same taste for the best psy producer right now...onkel dunkel promo fucking rocks...he will send u so far into trance u will not be able to stop moving...my best party experience ever has been with GOW (1/2 of Onkel Dunkel) who I saw play in London and compeltly controlled the dancefloor making everyone move ther bodies nonstop
BRING ONKEL DUNKEL TO NYC!!!!!!!!
BOOOM

Please lets no longer feed this negativity. The organizers and the party they delivered deserves nothing but congratulations and gratitude. If anyone really wants something different, or didnt like some aspects of what was an amazing event, then do one yourself, or if you really feel the need to criticize the organizer, please do it with softer language and in private.
Im sure they would be open to actual CONSTRUCTIVE criticism (and not crude disgraceful insults) so that their intentions, energies, efforts, and most importantly - results - can keep spiraling upwards with expansive energy. Lets feed this renewed vortex of positivity that has been re-introduced to our NYC family by the org.'s with lotsa LOVE not fear and lack-based emotive destructive commentary. Would you say any of this to their face? Then keep it off the board! - or say it to them in person Im sure they'd be glad to hear it and Ill bet any amount of money it would come out from your mouth in a completely different manner then it does by keystroke.
So...
"""Deco...TOP NOTCH
Location...TOP NOTCH
Vibe...TOP NOTCH
Rooftop...TOP NOTCH"""
Music was amazing as well.
If it wasnt your cup of tea, lets hear you make or play some! Music production and DJ'ing are more accessible to most if not all, and creating (not destroying...!) is a much more positive way to let your opinion be known without putting the efforts others down and compromising your own integrity along the way..
Now concerning the party -
What a truly refreshing dose of beautiful and pure intention manifest, and well placed effort resulting in a party to remember. Absolutely amazing party, the likes of which NYC has not seen indoors in quite some time. Great feelings and a contagiously positive vibe the night throughout, everyone seemed to be having a blast. Morning dancefloor especially was clear and bouncy, full of love and lotsa smiles.
Where are these people - who stay all night only to complain the next day - hiding during the party? Sulking in a corner somewhere??? Everyone I saw throughout the eve was having a great time...
ONLY issue I had was with the sound system seeming quite a bit lacking in crystal-clarity when I first walked in but this cleared up shortly. Dunno if this was work of the sounds techs or simply different less crowded music or a combination of both, but the sound from then on was booming, powerful, well defined and clear.
"""AWESOME PARTY!!!!!!
its really hard to say what i liked the most because everything was perfect.
I dont experience this vibe in a long time, Thank you noam for making this happen, you're the man!!
now i have a question:
IS THIS PARTY THE NEXT SYNTHETIC SADHUS? """"
Noam, Max, et al really did set the bar high with this one. Thanks for everything! Lets hope these parties only get better and standards in general are reset and vibes repsychled.!!!

awesome treat, guys! very happy that emerging psy pockets fill in the scene gaps, and throw the best old -school parties in NY. it’s amazing though how such an event is sullied with vigorous dirty energy emanating from an ever-complaining single source.
looking fwd for the next party,
