lame? i like the idea if docking your mp3 player for dj'ing purposes. another step toward an all-digital market, if you ask me.

i must complain a bit..
when it comes to the iPod and its related products, they seem to focus more on fashion instead of function. i tend to say "i like the idea of this product alot more than the actual product" when i talk about iPod's accessories.

but i havnt tried this item, ill wait to give a full opinion when i get the chance to sit and play with one... which will never happen.

some of the newest DJ mixers have dedicated inputs for iPods> honestly, this Numark thing: would it withstand the actuall presure of live performance???

oh well this thing doesn't look like it can take some, maybe it was designed for Paris Hilton like DJ's.

Its not about legal or not. Just about the quality. And mp3 on PA systems is shit. No pressure....

If you use wav (or maybe the apple lossless format, didnt try) on the ipods it would be better, but still no pitch.
