hey all, i have a problem, maybe a stupid one but i am loosing for 3 days trying to fix it.
in the edit section of a midi part you have a control lane in the bottom screen ( where you use velocity or any other control you choose) there is a plus and minus to add a new control lane or to delete one. i accidently deleted the one and i cant find the option to put it back on. in the sx 2 if you press the mouse right click you have at the end this option, but in nuendo right click will only give you the regular tools. i searched all the options in the program, in the short cuts, in the on off switches for working options, and no idea.
every new project i open now opens without the control lane.
ideas anyone? |

If you right click in most places of the key editor you should see a menu pop-up, at the bottom there is an option to "Create New Controller Lane"
I do recall a setting in Nuendo2 that allows you do call-up the classic edit tool-box when you right click instead of the full edit menus (similar to Cubase5 and Logic). I think that when this is enabled you can't get to the menu to create a new contoller. So find that setting and flip it back to regular mode to add a controller.
I hope this helps, |

If you get the classic toolbox whenever you right-click, try right-clicking with Alt or Ctrl help down. One of these should bring up the Nuendo context menu instead of the classic toolbox. |

In the 60's, people took acid to make the world weird. Now the world is weird and people take Prozac to make it normal. |
