Hi Guys.
Just wondering if somebody know if it would be a good choice to buy and learn from "nuborn psytrance midi or snorting audio"?
Do anyone have any experience from these?

I think its waste of money..
you could rather search for eurotrance free midi files and work on them..should get you going for sure..
http://midi.homemusician.net/index.php?s_keyword=&searchField=1&genre=electronica&doSearch=Search&midiPage=1
here for example..just browse through the pages at the bottom and search a song you might would like to expect something useful from..
split the midi file by channel in cubase for example and just use your favourite synth and start working on..
good luck!
maybe you come up with a cool remix or something

I've never tried snorting audio before. I usually put it my ears.
Although I did learn some good techniques with Nuborn. I learned:
1. how to be more lazy...He he.
2. I learned a little more about messing with velocity and length of bass notes to achieve more of a groove to my bassline.
It's not worth spending the dough though. I can tell you about velocity and note length and save you the money. |

Hallo guys! I already got the Nuborn: Psytrance Samples Vol 2 and the best thing about it is that you get a multi-sampled psytrance bass synth that you can use in Kontakt! Apart from that, there are some kicks, snares etc. and of course some midi files which are of little use IMO.Another cool thing is that you get the demo song in a midi file so by assigning the included samples you can create it again. To be honest I found little use of it, however by using the kicks and the bassline samples included you are on the right track and you got more time to concentrate on other elements of song.In a few words, the pack is for lazy producers IMO, but who will bother if you make a great track and the backbone of it (kick+bass),which for some of us takes a great time to put together, is given ready to you? Take care all!
