Wow lovely (long) list 
I guess there are some Module 02 (and agreed with the great Taxi Drive from the first comp), Nada Masala 03 and promizing Schulman's next album stuff.. I'm also anxiously waiting for the CandyFlip's chilled release..
Some other names are out of my knowledge (01, 11, 13, 20) and I'll try to know more about them..

01 - Amir Perelman is an israeli tradionnal artist composing an innovative world music, really melancholic, spacious and visual. I discovered the album of this artist only in UK (PsyDMT). No website, no email...nothing and I'm really sad because I would very much like this artist on ultimae.
11. Lisa Gerard is the singer of Dead Can Dance. Her solo career is very fascinating.
