In my opinion - fucked up unit. It happens. If it's new it's still under warranty.

It's still under warranty, but first I need to convince Novation that there still is an issue with the controller.

Why Novation? What about the place you bought it from? It's usually their responsibility.

I had already sent the link to the vid to the dealer by the way. But they're not so good with responding to e-mails. I had planned to call them tomorrow.

The dealer said I can choose between it being sent to Novation or getting a credit note. (It was the last unit so no exchange). They have yet to hear back from Novation on the issue as well by the way.
I was really happy about my first Novation controller, but after 8 weeks... . Keep it real - Use less hardware

Sucks having that. I have a Novation Remote Zero - works great.
Bug them on the phone - the shop, novation. You'll get there eventually.
According to the dealer, I imagined that he told me that the board would be sent in to Novation and said I could only have a credit note.
Long story short:
I never heard from Novation since making the second vid and I got my money back from the dealer today.

They could just give you a new working unit. Unless you don't want it anymore.
