why says everyone that i should not use to much vst-plug in´s?
i mean, i create the music with them, how can i make music without them?
should i sample sounds from other songs? or what do you mean?
hope u understand my problem
have a nice day,
cya
If they are refering to "many" vsts in that your using a shitload of different vsts then i agree with them, meaning that you should select only a few synths, eqs and compressors and so on and really dig deep and learn how to operate them 100% instead of downloading 5 diffrent synths and fx every week.

My advice, for what its worth:
Learn a few VSTs indside out.
Then get hold of as many as you possibly can.
They all sound different, they all have different uses, they all have 'unique' sounds, that you will struggle to get with another synth (even when they are fundamentally the same in terms of signal flow).
I am aware this is not the 'in' thing to think - people think that by limiting their synth choices they will get more out of the synths they have, and get to know them better.
I don't, and cannot agree. But I do fully respect other peoples opinion on this issue. Just for me, variety is the spice of life Ultimately, I think its more important that you find your own way of working. Maybe that involves loads of VSTs, or maybe not - neither is right or wrong, just right or wrong for you .
