Here's a list over the few psytrance/Goa released acts from Norway..

- Homegrown Lifeform

- Espen and Elusive (Progressive Trance)

Check out "Trold - Boloonia (V/A - Duality" 
Trold is the most psychedelic act from Norway pr days date (imo so far).
"Ra" might be good Goa. But I'm sorry to say that I don't know his music.

And if you're adding netreleases as well, you can add the artists on VA - Yggdrasil
