hello i have a problem with reading automation in a nl.
first i wrote the automation of frequency in cubase by recording while tweaking the f knob of the nl. cubase shows this also. then when i play the part again, the automation is not read. the frequency knob is clearly not moved.
only when i use global midi-channel 2, my nl reads my in cubase recorded midi-automation information.
but..
using this channel if i tweak the nl towards a new sound, with one touch of any button the nl jumps back to the preset i started with. in the manual i read that the global midichannel is meant for program-changes so maybe its normal this happens. so probably the globalmidichannel is not meant as a workaround of a not read automation.
so.. is there anybody who had the problem with his nl that midi from cubase was received in the nl (its plays the notes) but automation-information is not? is there a secret somewhere?
