Do anyone knows abouts any synth like Disco DSP Discovery for Os X?
Need my "rubber" sounds to go a little further than Albino or Vang can handle |

I think you could also make this rubber sound with an audio editor like wavelab.
Shouldn't be too difficult.

I don't think you get any further with Discovery than Albino.
What rubber sound are you trying to achieve exactly? |

Yeah, you are all right my friends.
I know how to program and use a bunch of "rubberish" sounds, made mostrly with albino (Mod MAtrix an fine tuned LFO), v-station and vanguard... They sound good.
But I love DiscoDSP, it emulates nord sounds so well, with such a distinctive character when compared to those other synths... Its rubber is fatter and way easier to achieve more lysergic sounds using all the layers.
And it sounds "like" nord all the way, not only when it comes to latex...
So, i`ll redefine my question:
I`m searching for a nordlead emulating synth - not only for "rubberish sounds" - for Mac OsX.. Is there such thing?

@acid kills: i need it to work in macintosh, i don`t think i`ll buy a PC in the near future.
@ Blixem: from the samples i don`t think it sounds "nordish".... had i missed something? |
