Hello there,
well i met a strange bug.
Imagine I create a new project, add midi track, route it to my NordRack. I make some melody, everything goes right. But after i move any knob on Nord Rack the CPU goes crazy, its load starts jumping fast from 0 to 30%. 'Reset all devices' button in Cubase solves the problem until i twist any know again. What that could be?
My setup:
Core2Duo 2.4 gGhz
3 GB of RAM
ESI Juli@

Application - Cubase SX 3. Without adding NordRack everything works smooth.

And have you looked at the midi input on your midi track? if there is "all midi inputs", there is actually the output of the nord. So it makes a midi loop, and can perhaps overload cpu etc

I don't know the nord rack but your bug might sound like active sensing is turned on. Of course it usually crashes my sound card rather than spike the cpu. However I don't even know if nords do active sensing. If it does turn it off
