yeah, the discovery has been improving. I don't know how close the sound is, but the interface (which is just like the Nord) inspires me to make some unique sounds there, some of the classic psy squelch stuff - I always turn to that one.

That must mean I'd love the Nord itself. That price is to good for what I've been seeing. Where's that? At that price range could give it a thought

the nordleads UI is really well done imo these synth are great to program but if i would get one it would be the modular without any hesitation, depends the needs.. the leads are great for the imediate result.. modular you can go deeper

yeah, I know. but the modulars go for way to much money now. and they haven't updated the software for a while. would be great if they'd put out a G3. I'd byte that!

I've considered a Nord modular myself, but the thought of having to dig thru massive amounts of patches and whatever, makes me tired already.
But if there's a Nord Lead template with the option of just adding some filters and lfo's without too much trouble, then I might be interested.

Really??
There's at least a few around here in the Netherlands (europe) at any given time for about 300/450 Euros.

Good! which one did you get?
Happy tweaking Makus!

Nevermind...a friend of mine wanted to buy a rack 2x before a month and we didnt find any in good price...but i think we was unlucky.

If you want my opinion its a great synth especially in that price!!! i still use it and love it.

i m not familiar with it but you can make a similar patch to a nord lead inside it, there is loads of patch on the net so probably it s made already.

i could have one with dsp extension didn t go for it even if i love to listen the sound , for my needs couldnt justify it , the dirt on the top turn me off a little for what i m after right now.. but could see myself getting one later..
