how do i save presets i have stores on my NL2 on my computer. i`ve read the manual but couldn`t figure it out. i just dump the preset and than what? how is it saved on my HD and where?

do your nord midi output is conected to your soundcard? |

in your sequencer just record the midi track where your nord lead is connected to and press dump or shift-dump to send all the sounds there. Then save it as .mid file.
If you need to organize your presets you need sounddiver, midi quest or sth similiar. Nord Lead offers only "backup" solution. |

IMHO be extremely carefull with sounddiver, if you plan to use it.
Very good software but dangerous too. It can erase or change all the presets of your synth with just a single mouse click...
...But, if you don't get distracted and know what you're doing, it's the best soft for managing all the programs and banks inside hardware synths...

...assuming you have selected the program/s that you want, go to the EDIT menu and select TRANSMIT... or use Ctrl+T as a shortcut.
