noob problems with m-audio oxygen v2 ?! plz help, im getting frustrated ;-)

i have the problem that i use the oxygen v2 by m-audio and i cant get the knobs of it control the synths in cubase..
with the massive e.g. its simple, you just right click and "midi learn", but how do i go about the other synths??
i know there are these midi CC numbers, but how to get them "connected" to the keyboard?? there is nothing about it in the manual and i dont have a clue, as im very new to midi... can anyone help me to get this thing woking?
