i have found that junglist is quite noisy.... i never thought that soft synths had background noise, but when i EQ/compress the mids of a junglist bassline, i can hear noise like you would get on an old analog synth.... i don't know if the noise is in the samples of the waveforms (does it use samples?) or if it is an envelope thing ?

does anyone else notice this ?

p.s. im using logic 5.5

i don t use junglist anymore, but it has some settings where to "age" your synth. maybe cause of this ?

It's the distortion knob of junglist.

even if it looks like it's down, it might be not - so just turn it down and check the clean sound           Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...
