it´s made for observing (amplifying) sounds (dialogues)in open spaces.. says range is 60-80m and 40m if its loud environment..

it´s more a spy or private agent equipment.. and not meant to listen through walls

Yeah its just a long range microphone with headphones .. You can spy with it but if it has rec out you can go into forest and record some nice sounds also
