Node3 Records is mix of Netlabel and conventional record label for the release of original and experimental Ambient, Chillout, Dark Ambient and Psybient Music.
With the Internet now being a viable source for obtaining music, we see this as a platform to promote the growing number of producers in this genre at the same time also see the threat of file-sharing, leading to a rise in piracy, which we feel is unjustifiable to the hard work and the efforts taken by the artist in producing their music. Over the past years we have also seen the emergence of net labels. Depending on the ideals of the net label, music files from the artists may be downloaded free of charge or for a fee that is paid via PayPal or an online payment system. Some of these labels also offer hard copy CDs in addition to direct download. Most net labels acknowledge the Creative Commons licensing system thus reserving certain rights for the artist.
Digital Labels are the latest version of a "net" label. As where "net" labels were started as a free site or just a hobby point, digital labels seek to give the major record industry a real run for their money. One of the pioneers of the major digital label is Fiberlineaudio. The rapid growth in the number of people producing electronic music worldwide has raised a situation where not all artist get a fair exposure to showcase their talent and the ability to sell their music and this is where net & digital labels have begun to play a key role. Hence, Node3 Records would be performing purely as a "Digital Label" releasing selected contributions that is mastered and compressed to professional standards ready to be delivered in digital format (Flac - Free Lossless Audio Codec). Out of every track sold $ 0.60 goes to the artist and whatever left after PayPal fees would go for the server and website maintenance. Music on this site is Copyright (C) by the respective authors as listed on the site and in the ID3 comment. The artist would be signed in agreement.
Node3 Records would not only be a record label but also would act as a P.R. agency for the artists, by promoting them, by publishing their biographies, interviews of the artist also get bookings for performances worldwide.

Thanks folks!
Anyone who produces this style within our artists is more than welcome, it's kind of an extension to our dark psy label. Many of our artists produce ambient, chillout, dark ambient and psybient so this in part to encourage you all and also cause we love the music.
Of course, new artists I'm not aware of are always welcome to submit demos.

Could have some quack quack in experimental ambient... hehehe I'll announce good news in the coming days.
Thanks to all that supported us since the very beginning with the D-A-R-K adventure, now looking forward to bring you a more complete menu in electronic music for the pure pleasure of your ears.
We won't slow down with D-A-R-K though hehe but Node3 and [ai]D['mju:zik] will allow our artists to release more music in the various styles they produce and that we support.
