Who says you can't dance and mix at the same time? I see people do it all the time. If the DJ is mixing successfully then who cares what they are doing besides that.

A DJ's body language and facial expressions can affect the emotion of the dancefloor even more than the music itself. If he looks bored or nervous you will start to think "well if he is bored he must not like what he is doing" or "if he is nervous he must not be very good".

Maybe something different and less big stages with "idols" would change things for the better.

No need ego games over the stage .. Unecessary , Good music coming from an clean place of those .

D.j must know he is just an 'Musical hospipe' Not more , He is not the issue (And no one realy care if he came with an red T-Shirt or green) But the music , So better bring an super drivish one , No good music .. ? The d.j imo can go home we dont need him there anymore . Some times d.j Know the audience is suffer But they dont realy care .. They are in an selfing promotion at this moments (On our back) And/So we cant do nothing .

When ppls come to party and pay money they want to get wild , They care about the music not about the acrobatic/Rhythmical movement of the d.j .

The show its not important at all (Thats what peoples dont understand .. Thats just an good 'Camouflage' not more . Thats funny seeing 'Happy d.j' dancing for nothing .. Somtimes i wach and asking myself what makes him jump like that ?

Disco holligans .. Some times with an good system out there in a valley - (Surrounded by mountains .. I love this sound - Close and open .. (Yea .. Blue sunny day + Some 'Mind instruments' .. That sound lovely) , But overal this .. Just dancing with my finger not more .

What I have seen over the past 10-12 years more and more people does not go for the music but for the "famous" artists on stage.

And I rather see a good Dj who can take people on a journey (without the ego) over a so called live act that most of the time break the flow and make people act as if they are at a rock concert.
