no antaris anymore?!??

heyy guys 
I've heard that there will be no antaris festival anymore...
after the place got damaged from the great rain-disaster and more than 85.000€ minus, the ordanizers decided to quit their antaris project...that is what I was told by a friend at shiva moon festival last weekend!
can anyone confirm this?

i heared the same thing.also heard that the organiser is anyoued because of many strange people which cant behave.he also thinks that its very sad if you cant enjoy the party with drugs only.
hope he thinks about that twice would be sad to loose a party which such a tradition

I think it's really sad...but I totally agree about the strange ppl also!
the ground there got also totally ruined by the cars & trucks who tried to get off there monday morning...at this place will be for sure no antaris in the next years!
but lets see next year...

Personally I experienced and believe that every organizer gets exactly the kinda audience that respresents his/her/their own energy. It's the energy that something is created with that also shows itself in the final manifestation. I think it's a lousy excuse from the organizers to blame "weird people" as the reason for stopping the party for good now. I think they should look in their own camp, try and realize that the vibe they put Antaris with in the last 2-3 years hasn't been at all what it was before and that maybe some people should take a looooooooooong holiday instead of trying to make a party every year just to show that they are somebody. Of course this is just my personal feelings (based upon personal experience also 'cause I played Antaris 4 years in a row !) but honestly my conclusion is that the Antaris organisation seriously needs to reorganize itself if it wants a chance to survive. There is just to much going on in their own camp to be able to point any finger at anybody from outside. Weird people is simply something that is avoidable by having proper partypeople based security at the door that just don't let every football hooligan in like they do @ Antaris. It's all a matter of knowing what you want and stand for....and we can all see that other parties also don't have the problems that Antaris has every year....it's getting from bad to worse, while other parties maintain a certain level or even get better. It's sad....but honestly I hope the 10th was indeed the last Antaris if things keep heading downhill like they do the last few years.....maybe time for something new? I wouldn't mind at all !!!

are you didnt get another set on the Antaris Floor, and nobody liked your Set? Or why you put such hard words on that Festival?

I Think it is really Sad,that may was the last Antaris.It was the first Antaris for me,I Played at the SecondFloor and it was just a Big Pleasure and Experience to Play and be a Part,of This Nice Party!! Hope the Antaris will Survive. .

Shawnodese´s words are very straight spoken, some may think it´s a bit harsh, but I agree with what he is saying.
Look at yourself, before you are pointing your finger at somebody else.
I have very good memories from earlier Antaris Parties, they had a special vibe.
I haven´t been this year, but already last year it had lost it´s special feeling for me.
If you are doing a project like Antaris for many years, it will become some kind of job too and isn´t so much fun for the organizers anymore. This has an effect on the party feeling.
Sometimes it is good to let go and open up for something new.
There won´t be too less parties.
