I stumbled up on it while reading some Cyclid articles... This explains all the parties being closed in Nizanim lately...

The article itself speaks more about persuading motoric vehicles but still it multiplies police presence in the area by many times during the weekend

Hope it ends soon

It's not fun to live in Ashdod if Nizanim is quiet
