Is there a translater for this garbageband stuff?

i think "garageband" is a program for Mac
and thats a file for it.
So PC users its not use
unless some mac user converts it for us

Its a stuffit file. There are Windows apps to unpack that. The question is, what is inside the stuffit file?
I'm down loading to find out.
