and about tech-trance :
at the night they (euoropean ppl) play fast non melodic tech trance and in the morning it come more grooove and low bpm with litlle melo lines, so u can know what is the music night or morning. |

Techno is violent music. I don't find many other characteristics to it usually. It just means that if you take acid at a party with techno playing, be careful :)
Doesn't say whether it goes in or out of clubs I think. |

there is such a thing as morning and night musuc....u won`t play an 'uplifting smile smearin sickening sweet melodies' trakcs at night . it just doesn`t sound right. i personaly hate morning at parties mainly because of the music. (and the shimons that once it isn`t dark u actually get 2 c them.) but i have heard some great morning sets latley... but i guess i liked them because they were heavier than most mornings i`ve heard more night like.........
anyway what i`m saying is that i don`t know what i`m saying anymore ... (kata-at u know...)

p.s.
i heard neuromotor play live a couple of weeks ago and they were awsome (IMO) and defintly night....... to those of u who said diffrently...

at outdoor parties i think it's very important with night music and morning music at the right times. But when the party is inside it doesn't matter, just last weekend I was dancing as hell to hard stomping techno set at 8 in the morning and it was just perfect :) |

well, the best night trance is done by guys from schlabbaduerst in my opinion. Projects like Battle of the future buddhas, Ka-Sol, Signal, Phlat Phase.....etc
There is no darker psychedleic sound. I have never heard anything like that. And I really like it at outdoor parties in the middle of the night. |

Today the music can be heavy in night and morning and we have less tipical full-on mornings with defently less melodies so the defenitions are quite different now, i think allot of tracks can sound great in morning and night. but for the question...
- Delta, Spiralliannz, Bigwigs ( or tromesa),Bitmonx, Biotonic, Fabel, Lube, Native Radio,Parasence,Synchro,Paps, Tarsis, Xvkillist

nirvana.. my point exactly... mornign and night become both equal imo..
and i dont think that the names i gave are morning callsics but more night time that can also be played at morning exept for a few that are morning and i just like them at night like paps.. but brother.. delta, spirallianz, xvkillist, are good night .

In my opinion it all depends on the mood and location of the party.
If it's indoors, it doesn't matter, morning is night and night is morning, no-one knows the difference.
But outdoors it is a different story. In Oz, or more specifically, in Melbourne, the morning sets in the bush are when the crowd is going completely nuts and when the music is the best.
It can be heavy and darjk and aggressive like the Delta, or more melodic like IM. Depends on a range of factors i think as to what style of music should be played.

Yeah, it's what goes well with the crowd... when people are ready for a power intensive morning, there's nothing better :)
then again, if people are waiting for something with a little more depth, the dj can also supply that (which is something that is getting ignored more and more often, IMO), to the crowd's happy smiles and stompin' :) |

in my opinion it depends of the people... Some people may consider some bands as "morning music" and other people may not. People have variable preferences...
In my opinion a really nice band to play in the night is Xenomorph (i hope that guy come to Brazil soon... hehehe). And with some another "soft bands" like Neuromotor, Parasense, Skazi, Ninja,... :-) |
