is it possible for someone to tell me what I need to get this sound most notable at 3:20?
Really something I rarely hear, I can´t think for what I need to hook up to get that shaky effect.

The typical synth of the master menog ... :) some saw or pulse wave with bp or lp filter with chorus, vibrato, distortion, quick delay , and the right notes ...
i believe this lead you are talking about are made on a Acess Virus TI but you can make it on a vst instrument to ...
