Wizzy Noise`s latest stuff isn`t night time music.
Eraly stuff counts as nighttime music, but then, that isn`t full on.(maybe electro theatar a bit)

maybe "twisted system" old stuff is night time fullon..
yeah South Africa is good at night time fullon..
sweden is good at night time forest trance, israel for melodic morning fullon. hehe i love to generalize..
you can find all kinds of music in all kinds of places...
check Pom´s track in the "new track section" its night time fullon.... and he is from france.. hehe

Absolum, Synergy(!!!),Inner Action, Kali, Painkiller....all could work
Some of my buddies across the world in Mexico even consider Dino Psaras and Black and White as night fullon- i can somewhat understand what they mean. All a matter of differing opinions i guess

a what nice opportunity to make some promotion 
my favourite nightime acts are:
-nrs (lps / ambivalent rec): unbelievable-unbeatable nighttime power
-scorb (ambivalent rec): he is sooo good
-ram (lps / ambivalent rec): for me by far the best collaboration (scorb/nrs) in the night-scene.
-artifakt (timecode) though i havent heard him live yet, but he must be brilliant
