well they aren't totally white but they are still too bright when compared to the rest of the tables, just reduce it a little bit and it'll be fine...at least that's what I would do...and my monitor brightness is fine btw

One suggestion ShivaS 
It would be a cool thing if you could go directly to different "rooms" from within a topic... Ok more simple... A roomlist everywhere in the forum
This way you dont have to go back to "Isratrance In Forum" all the time.
