1,8 out with free massive

about massive i did some great bass the other day with it, something i never though about before (yeah i m a bit long..) is to use the sustain/loops envelop part as decay stage (in one shot offcourse)with the exponential/linear curve and morph to test , give a lot more control

how do you use it? me i use the plug in with 16 outs, do the midi patterns inside maschine .

sometimes i do a kit fast in battery (selecting sample ,tuning,layering..)then load it into mashcine to take advantage of what it offer , it really push to the next level with all the groove, fx.. and creative things possible with automation.

mainly using it in standalone mode at the moment till i get the thing of it

but this is definately the way i like my midi

milk with no sugar pleazzze!

yeah...great wee setup, great features, very me in bits,
writing music without a mouse is very liberating and a very tactile way of doing things

only not sure bout the amount of headroom the softwares got but then you can always rewire

a lot of things need ironing out and you still need to revert to the computer for some features

for the price i got it for and the speed of
writing its a must for anybody           Â°Â°Â°ACTS 4:12°°°°

i tried to use the fx version to use the maschine fxs on my synth ,awesome.. there is probably some good tricks to do with the fx version to mangle some synths sounds ,have to experiment with it.

im using db glitch as an effect

i have 16 different settings with reverb and different filtering

then trigger each effect automation as a pattern......live idm lushness

btw,,,if you put a little saturator then transient master after db glitch it doesnt half sound yummy           Â°Â°Â°ACTS 4:12°°°°

if you want to automate some hardware via midi out that don t come with a plugin interface with this it s possible .
gonna use it on moogerfooger for the hiden midi fonctions for example, so i can use the macros pots to automate it direcly into maschine.

could never get this working sTable, used it for nord, blofeld, mopho, virus and a few others

have you had a look at MUX. some guy says it sorts out all the midi problems for maschine

modular style , make your own midi plugs for keyvboards, kinda like reaktor but a bit simpler
dont really have the time too sit down and get my head round it

Mux not for mac yet i think

in ctrlr there is a really nice midi editor for the mf104 and out of it i made one for the flux , i had a few midi bugs but i m not sure it s this or the flux... why moog don t make nice editors for the M foogers..

amazing what you can do wiht the under the hood fonctions.

there is a delay time multiplier till x8 it get some artifacts that sound like ring mod.. got some really great weird delay..amazing with lfo mod .. you can also bypass de effect via midi note ,change delay time via midi note/pitch wheel, mod wheel to lfo amount.. and more

there is a insert for the feeback loop so can eq saturate it ect..

it was my first experiments with all these fonctions, the pedal was expensive but lot of function

gonna have the mf104M there maybe tomorrow for a try ,i feel like it s porbably dope..there is even more fonctions

was experimentating more with using the flux delay ,something that can be irritating is the bbd clock can be heard when using the multiplier delay time fonction.
depending the sound/settings it can be a issu , should not happen in the mf104 that have longer delay time (800 ms)

even with this there is still many great delay fxs to make that are not "usual" chorus or flanger with the flux..
into a modular setup it would probably be dope with the cv ins

Yup, just saw that on Gearslutz. Nice but 999?
Still loving MK1 for studio and live use. Has taken a good few knocks from travelling, dust and booze drops.

Here's me giving it some love from Russia 10 days ago

P.S. I also love beer
