There are also two new Komplete bundles. Komplete Synths includes Absynth 4, Pro-53, Massive and FM8 and it's 399 EUR. :shock: Quite a bargain!

It's basically an amp simulator and a bunch of guitar based effects. You can use them like any other effects. I tend to use IK Multimedia's Amplitude more, but I often run percussion loops and synth lines through them to give them a completely different character.

Don't let the name fool you. It is in fact a bunch of efx that can be stacked and that have some correlation to guitars like amps,distortions. The presets are kind of crappy and almost all metal/guitar related because they all got distortions in them but in fact it is a very versatile vst with endless modulation and routing possibilities. You'll change sound like you never changed sound before. A bit like why massive rocks among vsti's, well for the same reason guitarrig rocks among vst's.
