I configured battery to get more outputs, but where I route each layer to an especific output?

on the bottom right of the battery window you will see a block that says s1/s2 or something like that....just pick a sample form above so its higlighted, click on the block and move up or down with your mouse....walla....you can pick different outputs for each sample.

You can also do this:First of all go to "Options" and choose the number of ouputs you wish to use (you got both mono & stereo).You will be asked to restart your sequencer so save your project before you do that.After you re-launched your sequencer go to "Master" under the NI Battey logo(top right).In the "info" bar change from "volume" to "outputs".

Ok i understand till this part but...

my question is if i load a kick i made (in audio format) will it automaticly devine it in 2 or 3 cells?

Or perhaps i should load the every item from my kick ( kick, hayat and so...) into a diffrent cell?

you can load them separtely in different cells and play the notes together while changing the volume and the envelope of each sample or you can add new layer at the file menu and then choose few samples to load them all together into one cell,
