Hi, I'm currently working on a track which I would like a little help with. I'm pretty much a newbie, so what I need is for someone to listen to my track (which is far from finished yet) and tell me what they like and dislike, and so on. I hope that some of you guys will spend a little time listening to my music and let me know if I'm on the right track.I'm both interested in mastering help and general help with my track.
By the way, how would you catagorise this track? fullon?
Thanx

really phat foundation!
i think you are on the right track as long as you keep experimenting and trying new things!
to please me you might want to use high pitched sounds sparse...
but you should follow your own mind and do what you feel like...
try to mute some channels in the arrangement and listen if some parts can benifit from being sparse...
but right now its not so crowded, so a pad might come in handy, and some synth stabs...
maybe gate the lead in the end, and go from gated to ungated...
play around im just throwing out some food for thought....
good luck

Very nice start!!
I think the percussion needs to be a little louder.
I like the track, Tell us when it is fully done!
Oh, try and post this in the new track section as well, you'll get more responses.
Good Luck!
