Hi guys, new here. Is there anywhere like a classified section where I can ask for artists who want to sell their music? I have a number of business clients who want to license music but not sure if this is allowed and if so, where it should go.

check the NEW TRACKS or WORKSHOP sections...
there people upload their music... and then u can check for stuffs of ur interestin...
and then can get in contact with them to see if they are willing to sell track copyrights....
if u ask them to come to u , u ll get a lot of ego tards.. so better if u go there and look what u are seekin for ...
