Hello, I'm trying to do some music with reson + cubase, but I don't know exactly how to control reason with cubase, can somebody please explain me in a small resume what are the most important things to do?

With a little base and tricks I think I will manage to get throug all that

Yes I have activated reason as rewire, I have switched on channels for reason, but I need to let reason always opened? How I can register like just a bass from reason to cubase and then create something other with reason and letting the bass registered on cubase?

How I can play sinth on cubase without a midi card and a keyboard?

I just have no money at moment to buy those things

To get a bass from reason into Cubase do this:

select where the bass is in Reason using the L and R locators. Switch to Cubase. The markers will be in the same place in Cubase as they are in reason. Solo the Reason track (in Cubase) and go to file->export->audio mixdown
When the screen comes up click the tick next to "insert into track" (or whatever it says - its below "import to pool")
Then Voila! The bass from Reason will be in Cubase...
Once you've done that you can either mute the bass channel in Reason or delete it and then carry on doing whatever you want to do in Reason.

You don't need a Keyboard to write notes into cubase (I don't have a keyboard... Yet:
Create a midi channel, add a VSTi, draw a bar or beat etc. with the pencil tool (highlight it using L - R locators and then double click it, a screen similar to the keyboard screen in reason will come up where you can write notes in... also you can use the piano roll function for matrix type loops.

Open Cubase
after
Open Reason

In Cubase go to DEVICES, REASON and activate the MIX L and MIX R

You can open a Synth (Malstron for exemple) in the Reason desktop and control it on Cubase desktop in a individual track, like a synth you put in the cubase instruments by the some way.
