New Years Eve Party in MIAMI

Dear tribespirits: I want to thank you for all those replies showing intrest on our party. Unfortunately it takes more than good people to do a party and specialy in this country. It's not as bad as synthetic sadhus said on their site, but it is a little difficult. And due to the poore confidence and trust that people have in trance culture it was hard to secure a place in Miami for new years eve. No one wanted to work with us, or give us a chance. No venues,insurance company , security, etc. We didn't have all the important things secured yet, and therfore NOS and other artists who wanted to participate in our party, booked themselves for another event. So from the bottom of MY heart I'm terribly sorry to say that there won't be a new years eve party. But you will hear from us in february, and this time for real. So for all of you who answered to our message, please don't loose faith. And for those who spin and are intrested in playnig at our party, keep in touch or we'll keep in touch and let you know. That is what we want to do, give trance an opportunity to prove the world it's a global thing and not only have the pioneers artists perform, but the locals too. The US is a big country where already it has too many laws securing our own lanscape, let us not be intimidated by anything or anyone and show them all that we can and want. Big deal that we don't have all those things that european countries have of trance. We'll make them happen.

Chaka- thanks for the information.
Massive Respect to Synthetic Sadhus.
NOS is going to be there? Thats about the only name I need. His eye candy is some of the nicest I have EVER seen.
How many people can fit in this gallery? Sounds like a wicked party.
So how can I help?

We will start setting up on December 31. Around 5pm.
The gallery is at 500 NW 24 street, but be around this site at the time. I'll keep everyone posted. And also if you can... bring people. You'll see flyers around next week all over Miami. But since we're not from Miami, we need help handin out flyers.. |

Yeah.. well so far there is a new years eve party in New York with sythetic sadhus.. as someone posted already with Astral proyection... etc. Check synthetic-sadhus.com in a couple of days. It take us some time to update the web site.
But so far it is happening. Although last saturday (at the party) we had some complications, so we never know if something goes completly wrong
So keep checking the site...

Since Synthtic Sadhus was putting this party together, then I am 99% sure that it won't be happening.

sorry to hear that the party has been put-off, but in all honesty if you had ended up sinking a ton of $$$ into making it a big production, you probably would have lost your ass... that's not to say that it wouldn't have been a great time, but it would have involved a LOT of financial risk. just because you can't do a big event doesn't mean you cannot celebrate though, right? why not do something smaller, and more intimate? i think it would still be cool to do SOMETHING for nye, even if it's just a house party at someone's home... you can still have music, have a chance to get down, and meet some new folks and chat with old friends... and maybe even take a nap on the couch SO YOU WON"T HAVE TO DRIVE WHEN YOU ARE OFF YOUR TITS!!! LOL

Hi Chaka and all in Miami.
I have been doing psy trance events down here as Dharma Kshetra Productions for 5 years. If you tell us well in advance we can secure the venue and help with the promotion.
It is tough to find venues down here. But you can find plenty of nice, warm and small places North of Downtown close to the design district 
Also, If anyone is in Miami!!!! lets get together. We are doing a radio show @ thewomb.com @ South Beach every friday from 8 to 10PM. Email me @ dharma_kshetra@yahoo.com to meet with each other.
