i work on fl and i had a limiter on the master in the mixer.. is that what it is?

Its probably not limiter but they said it shouldnt be there anyway Sounds very trippy but the lowpass is huge, check your filters and EQs.
I also recommend using some highpass on that snare but thats just my taste probably http://soundcloud.com/taii

I personally like the mix, digital is a harsh medium and the highs are just icky usually
esp on big speakers unless its been really well mixed and mastered. I don't mind most tracks having a high end rolloff to them
